I've had my car for 1 year and am on my 3rd turbo. Ease of swapping def plays into upgrades.

Plus you can just swap hot sides to test put different variations for different setups too. A lot easier on a top mount

Any pics of it with the turbo off. I want to see how close it is to the Garrett one. I think they just copied it outright, but not totally sure.

Nice to see this kit coming along. I have an FFTEC kit going on our E92 currently. Looks top notch. I can't wait to get started on some solid JB4 single turbo tuning. Click here to enlarge

Looks like you are gonna need to invest in quite a bit of heat shielding your turbo seems a lot closer to the valve cover than the other singles. Maybe it's just the angle. Either way looking good, and fast progress.

Yes it's the angle, but still pretty damn close. The exhaust housing is the issue. I will be purchasing a turbo blanket, wrapping the manifold and downpipe, also DEI reflective tape around the turbo/ valve cover.

I have a PTP turbo blanket to sell. It's BNIB. only opened it to test fit it. It won't work on my car. The DP flange hits the outside of the blanket. LMK

Very quick progress! What is everyone doing for heat shielding? I doubt tape is enough for your setup. Has @Eleventeen seen any components melting with the top mount?
