    RB's and LPFP upgrade?

I am running RB turbos for a few years now. I am at pretty high altitude and normally peak around 470whp. I am going to the coast soon to do some runs and would like to know if there is a need to upgrade the LPFP if I am to max the boost down there. Car is still low mileage so the stock one can be assumed to be ok.

You should be fine. It's really just needed for those running E85 or no meth.
