It can write the DME no problem, the issue is getting an XDF (definition file) created for your ROM type. The definition file is the road map of the location of tables you want to modify in the tuning software (tunerpro, romraider etc).

I won't go so far as to say its Parallels causing the issue, but I couldn't get mine to write in Parallels and had to use VMWare. You could always download the VMWare trial, import your VM machine, run it and try it again. Doesn't take long since it will just make a copy of the VM that will run in VMWare and it won't cost you anything except time...

Do those XDF's not exist? Why aren't more XDF's uploaded?

I'm sure some people are working on XDF's, but i haven't seen anyone come forward with them yet. I'm not too familiar with table discovery at the moment but plan on spending more time trying to get familiar with it. The only XDF's i have access to at the moment are I8AOS and IJEOS and they were created by Lord Voldemort.

Yeah, give that a try and see what happens. Make sure you got full battery as well.

If you can leave black marks on a straight from the time you exit a corner till the time you brake for the next turn....... Then, you have enough horsepower.

Are you asking for folks to upload their backups? If so, what is it about them that's useful/interesting?

Firstly, as I always ask people to do to try and eliminate the variables and narrow the cause, do you have a second laptop?
I had issues with a Dell laptop an the BT cable, but an older core2 Dell works fine? Something with the usb ports imo...

Everyone needs to upload their stock ROMs so we can create xdf files and look at the differences between the same ROMs as I think there are versions of ROMs.

This has nothing to do with the S65 and S65 tuning is not on the project map.

Because a motor like the S65 will benefit more from a custom dyno tune as it is more difficult to extract power from and with an SC you want a professional tune.

What's on the road map is on a need to know basis.
