    fuel system upgrade for n54.

What's the limit of the stock fuel system? can it handle 550rwhp on pump gas only with bigger turbos. I know vargas offers upgraded hpfp for n54 but i don't find anything about it in their website.

anyone heard about hpfpupgrade.com? they said they offer upgraded fuel system for n54 can support up to 700 rwhp, and it's expensive the base price is 1295$, for stg2 add 995$. they r joking right?

if i upgrade the fuel system is it possible to hit 500-550 rwhp at 5000rpm?

in brief, what do i need to mod the fuel system to make it handle 650rwhp on pump gas only? any trusted site to order from Click here to enlarge

    Depends on the fuel.

On 93 the stock system seems to run dry at around 560rwhp. Upgraded LPFP and Vargas HPFP has been proven to 725rwhp so that combo should do fine to get you to the 650whp mark.

the vargas one won't support huge power on stage 2's still, as it falls flat in the midrange (at least last tests showed that)

We maxed out at 530whp with the GTX35R just recently on our 94 Sunoco (Petro Canada) octane and a car that is 5 years old and never had its LPFP replaced. Gas has up to 10% ethanol in it so on the bone stock OEM fuel system I don't see much past 550whp (+/-25whp) roughly (depending on where in the RPM range the power is made and depending on how new the OEM parts are) being consistently made on pump on the OEM fuel system without any upgrades. LPFP ends up giving up first so you'd typically go from there...
