Underboosting JB4 Map 7, bad wastegate solenoid?

Map 7, 93+meth, Open Source BMS flash, G5 ISO 24c. As you can see, I am underboosting in 3rd gear when I normally never had such issues. I visually checked the vacuum lines very thoroughly, no cracks or tears. does this seem like a bad wastegate solenoid? Open

edit - I am running an 80/20 mix on the underboosting logs, vs 90/10 on the log from a few months ago.

This was a few months ago and had no issues. Boost pegged target immediately matching target. Cobb AP BMS flash.

Now, see below. PWM is pretty much tapped out and I am struggling to hit 15 psi at 6000 RPM. Open Source BMS flash.

Your before logs look to be targeting a lot less boost. Map 7 is a pretty beefy target!

Well, if you see the bottom log, PWM is tapped at around 16 psi at 5500 RPM. I know I accidentally reset the settings which made the wastegate adaptation / PID 80 as opposed to its normal 120-125. Does that have anything to do with it you think?

I'd rather know it's a limitation than going on a rip and replace mission. Click here to enlarge Although I may smoke test tomorrow for peace of mind. Easiest way to know.
