    My E82

Herro. Car is '08 135i. Fully loaded except nav. Owned her for about 2 years now and only done a few mods. VRSF IC and DP's, JB4 G5 iso, DCI and ST coils. Recently dipped the wheels black because they are in pretty poor condition - last owner didn't clean the dust off them and the finish is peeling around the spokes. Going to drop her all the way down in the rear and another 3-4 threads in the front then done for a while. By the way yes these are taken with instagram. If you're into that follow me! @Wescuddles same username.

Nice! I wish I knew how you can drive with that berk race. I had the whole system plus down pipes installed on my n54 and I could not handle the noise inside the cabin as a daily driver, it was just too much drone/vibration to be comfortable. Now I own the sport system and I love the noise it makes. Still really loud when you get on it, but much quieter when driving normal.

I think with resonated midpipes it shouldn't be bad at all.
I had a catless downpipe, custom resonated 2.5" midpipes and muffler delete rear section. Zero drone and pretty subdued when driving slowly, sounded mental when you got on it though.
I just recently put a muffler on to keep the wife happy Click here to enlarge

Well I don't drive my car too often maybe 150-200km per month so when I do get in it's nice to be loud and obnoxious lol. If I drove it more often it would start getting annoying for sure. I just bought a 60d so I'll get some better (not phone) vids to show just how stupid it really is Click here to enlarge

I went from an e90 335i to my current e82 135i, and let me tell you, the 1 series feels way more raw than the e90, more fun to drive due to its nimble feeling plus MT, my e90 was an AT. If you do get an e82, I recommend your first mod be some wider/lightweight wheels, it makes a world of a difference in the driving experience.

Ya im getting sick of my e90 at, its a real problem child lol. Getting the auto wasn't the best decision but I wasn't as comfortable driving manual as I am now.

I think the tranny is starting to go I get super rough shifts driving in D mode around the city. Sounds like its slipping each time it changes gears but only at low speeds??? weird af

That's not good. Have you ever changed its "life time" oil? As far as I know the ATs are pretty reliable as long as your not pushing serious torque figures (500wtq+).

The dealer did mechatronic sleave 5-6 months ago. Do you think they would have done it? No trans malfunction codes ever.

Sorry to de rail your thread a bit

who knows man?! My e90 was a nightmare when it came to problems. Luckily, I never had any transmission problems. Maybe somebody here can help you out, there's quiet a few members that know some about the n54 ZF trans
