The yellow car looks like it would tuck its dick in between its legs then gently rip your face off with its teeth and wear it around like a mask.

Thing is gonna be a beast once it's tuned. For now you may want to manually lower your FOL a bit to get your trims off zero.

Also, set your BoostFailSafePSI higher than 19 if you want to target more than 18.5 psi!

    Part2 ( ECU parts ) ( if you have 2007/09 > skip this part )

    MSD81 ECU (12 14 7 616 431 )
    DSC Pump (34 51 6 789 308 or 34 51 6 863 356 )
    DSC Sensor (34 52 6 780 334 or 34 52 6 850 375 )
    DSC Sensor plug (http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...95&hg=34&fg=20 )
I can’t find this part #17 . But I buy used harness from car 2009+ and get this plug from it.
    JBE2 or JBE3 ECU (61359286790 )
DCT shift paddles or m3 shift paddles

Part3 (harness to DCT Gear Selector )
You have to do the wiring harness to DCT gear selector switch.
Use this link to download scheme. ftp://share:share@ftp.corbina.net/DCT/
You have to make and integrate the harness that is marked in blue.
For this you must have parts
    4 pin jack plug 61 13 8 380 696
    2 pin jack plug 61 13 6 925 634
    and also 6 pins 61 13 0 005 197 - 6
Also you need 10 pins pin jack plug. Unfortunately you can not buy it, you can do it yourself. You can buy a generic 10-pin connector on a spacing of 2.5 mm ( like this http://www.kosmodrom.com.ua/pic/HU-13.jpg )
    Attachment 33906

    Part4 ( Replacing JBE ECU ) ( if you have 2007/09 > skip this part )
You can find JBE ECU under the feet of the passenger seat.
First you must replace it on JBE2 or JBE3 ECU (61359286790 ).
After this you must integrate D-can bus line on new ECU. ( Old cars have K-line and new ECU will not work )
    Change pin on OBD2 socket
    7 to 14
and put the additional wire between OBD2 socket pin 6 and JBE ( blue connector ) pin 17
    Attachment 33907

    Part5 ( Replacing DSC ECU ) ( if you have 2007/09 > skip this part )
    Replace DSC unit on new.
Replace DSC sensor on new. ( You can find DSC sensor under drive seat )
    Attachment 33908
Replace DSC Sensor Plug. The DSC sensor must be connect to DSC unit follows
    DSC UNIT > DSC Sensor
    39 > 4
    27 > 2
    11 > 3
    28 > 1
After this you must calibrate you DSC unit and sensors. ( use bmw ISTA to do this ),
you just need to pump the brakes.

    Part4 ( Replacing MSD80 on MSD 81 ) ( if you have 2007/09 > skip this part )
    Replace you MSD80 on 81.
Very important! you cann't use used MSD81 unit. you should buy it new
    Program it on Zub 7628524
Do not forget to transfer the value of the injectors in the new MSD81.

    Part6 Programming and Coding
I use NCS Expert and Win KFP to program and code my car
    Remove FA $205
Remove value that starts # and Add #0909
    Add FA $2TC
Make FA write on CAS and NFRM
    Code ECU: MSD81/CAS/Kombi/IHK/JBFE/NFRM/GWS
    Program MSD81 on Zub 7628524
    Program GS40 on Zub 7600042
    Update you Kombi/NFRM/GWS
just had a read through this

does this mean if you swap to MSD81 at all you need the new JBE/DSC parts as it communicates on D-line not k-line? That would actually make a fair bit of sense, damn

if so.. wow glad i found this thread now so i can start collecting haha

I don't think so because the BMW PPK for MSD80 is $500 more then the PPK for MSD81 reason being they replace your MSD80 with a MSD81. I highly doubt they replace all those modules for $500.

You can swap MSD80 > MSD81 without anything, just install it, coding and program.

hmm that just confuses me then.. it made sense to have to swap it all haha

so you only need to swap the JBE/DSC pump/module when changing to DCT?.. i kinda understand the DCT needing a new JBE, but why would it need a new DSC pump/module?

doesn't the MSD81 communicate on D-CAN or is it on it's own BUS that's the same as MSD80?.. or does the JBE do all the work of converting it either way, and it doesn't really matter? Technically my swap is MSV70 to MSD81 (N52 to N54) from an 06/2006 model, which has the JBE1/same modules as the MSD80 335i's iirc. (and considering the P3 vent gauge has issues working on these cars... makes me even more concerned).. I have no idea where to find any of this stuff out besides trial-and-error.. the documents i had links to are dead and the TIS isn't helping much either lol.

i don't want to get my engine in and it not start/display anything on the dash.. or light up like a tree at least, is all haha... especially considering can get all the needed parts for $500 or so from ebay.

If it's not needed, then like i thought in the first place.. that's good i guess Click here to enlarge

Nice one! DCT + Single Turbo FTW!

Hmm, why custom clutch though? Dodson released new clutch pack for 335i dct that could hold up to 800wtq. That should be sufficient for your single turbo kit.
