Looks like a new C coupe and those are not AMG wheels. The new C coupe AMG has the M156. But again, the bodywork or whats left of it, doesn't look to be AMG and neither do the wheels.

    Negative.
A warrior with an outstanding career in special operations had his service $hit on and his career ruined by a limp wristed journalist with an ulterior motives and scumbag politicians.
That's why karma burned that SOB alive.
I hope the scumbag politicians that sacrifice patriots for their selfish motivations meet the same fate.

hey you might me right, at the 5 min mark of this video it shows the motor and trans resting on it's side and you can clearly see the exhaust manifold and what looks to be a turbo ?? I don't know but it sounds like the guys was doing 100mph down highland, bottomed out at the intersection of melrose, lost control and hit a tree.

At the level McChrystal reached in the military, he was politically savvy enough to have avoided the situation. It doesn't diminish his accomplishments.

Whether a "limp-wristed" journalist reporting your remarks or a biographer mistress downfall, these guys had choices to make placed a bet and lost!

This fate was apparently one that Hastings choose and his bet failed catastrophically. I am a little familiar with that area of town and at that speed, on that section of road and possibly less than sober.

    From wiki:

Stanley Allen McChrystal (born August 14, 1954)[3] is a retired United States Army General.[4] His last assignment was as Commander, International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) and Commander, U.S. Forces Afghanistan (USFOR-A).[5][6] He previously served as Director, Joint Staff from August 2008 to June 2009 and as Commander, Joint Special Operations Command from 2003 to 2008, where he was credited with the death of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, leader of Al-Qaeda in Iraq, but also criticized for his alleged role in the cover-up of the Pat Tillman friendly fire incident.[7] McChrystal was reportedly known for saying and thinking what other military leaders were afraid to; this was one of the reasons cited for his appointment to lead all forces in Afghanistan. He held the post from June 15, 2009, to June 23, 2010.[8]
Following unflattering remarks about Vice President Joe Biden and other administration officials[9] attributed to McChrystal and his aides in a Rolling Stone article,[10] McChrystal was recalled to Washington, D.C., where PresidentBarack Obama accepted his resignation as commander in Afghanistan...

Hastings was the Rolling Stones article author.
