ASR Developing F10 M5 Products.. REALLY?

Click here to enlarge Interesting video I came across.. Do my eyes deceive me or does it seem ASR is attempting development with F10 M5 products? This guy or guys have a lot of nerve thinking they have a shot at grabbing any more cash from M5/M6 owners. I'm not the type to spend my time to discredit anyone, but these jerk*ffs certainly deserve to be put on blast. If they GAVE me any of their products they wouldn't make it within 100 feet of my car.

For those of you not informed of ASR's former dealings..

That is terrible, hopefully the new M5/M6 owners are aware of ASR's shady history.

1st video posted on the ASR Channel in 3 years! Personally, I kinda support the stance "if you don't do your research on a shop & something bad happens, it's your own fault". It's a hard truth and might not resonate with everyone, but there's plenty of threads/reviews that clearly communicate to avoid shops like ASR, Forged Performance, and hundreds of other places that pull this $#@!.

We should bet on how long it takes for them to turn the M5 in the vid into a salvaged car.

    A couple questions.
This F10 M5 obviously has the "aftermarket intakes intakes" from ASR.
Now what else has ASR done?
A "tune" and maybe exhaust? What other ASR "magic" has been done?

So results are 548 rwhp and 507 rwtq.
Really, oh really. What a joke.
A friend got one and straight from the dealer with only 40 miles on it, no break-in, totally stock put it on the dynojet.
The car put down 530 rwhp and 501 rwtq.
So where are the awesome gains on this ASR M5 from its components?
    LOL!

I understand your question but unfortunately the law favors the criminals.
The conditions of the case were presented to 2 independent lawyers. Bottomline it would cost legal dollars and their honest opinions were that you'd get nothing. At least in Florida the laws are written to favor criminals. ASR is a scam artist that when pressed would fold and lay low for several months and open up in six months under another name. The Florida way. Like the old saying goes, "Florida is a sunny place for shady people". ASR is at the top of this list.
Steve and I need to follow up with John from CES Motorsport as to what finally happened with his legal case against ASR.
This must have been the apparent "resolution" oddjob was talking about. Sadly oddjob is a wedge (simplest form of a tool) for ASR.

Ya I never heard what happened with CES.

I mean, it's a real shame this can happen. I don't really understand it myself. After dealing with a scammer myself though (SSP) I see what you mean about it being hard to get anything back.

Someone please redo their video with the motor blowing up and then upload it. I can't stand shops like that. Best thing to do is let people know by word of mouth.
