    S63: EFI Logic 3" Down Pipes On Sale $995

    With support on this platform being held to minimum we decided to delight you guys with a set of custom 3": Downpipes. They will be available with & without high flow cats for those interested. We already baselined the test mule late last year with net on a Dynojet @467hp and took it to the track promptly afterwards and knock out a few 12.7s passes in our Florida humidity. Now that the fixtures are ready for production we are ready offer these up for sale. They truck will have them installed again early next week and Dyno'd again for gains minus a tune. Units are constructed of mandrel bent stainless steel tubing and billet v-band flanges. High strength stainless flew bellows are also utilized for product longevity.

    Current prices are to be as follows: Catless $995.00 Catted $1350 not bad IMO. For any interested please contact me directly via email or pm. We will have a few of these ready to ship late next week in catless versions and the following week for catted version.

    Do you have any opinions on running downpipes with stock exhaust. I have a 2012 X5 50i with a Dinan stage 2 tune. I am considering running catted downpipes with the stock exhaust. Will I see worthwile gains?

    Downpipes will make more of a difference than anything else really. If you want to maximize them, changing the pipes downstream is in order. A rear section won't do much.

    Downpipes, a tune, x-pipe, you will be a happy man.

    Is there any benefit to the downpipes with stock exhaust? Will I risk a CEL with the catted down pipes? I am very interested in a set of downpipes.

    I am looking to get a set of downpipes. Is there any benefit to the downpipes with stock exhaust? Will I risk a CEL with the catted down pipes?

    I currently have a Dinan Stage 2 tune on my X5 50i.

    No dyno sheets yet? I would like to know the diffrence in power gains between your catted and non-catted pipes. I usually run non-catted in all of my vehicles but I am getting tired of the fuel smell so I might try catted down pipes for a change.

    We have a sheet for the catless version on stock exhaust. Waiting to find the base run cause the dyno operator never placed it in the correct folder so ive been poking around to see under which user the base file was run under.

    Nothing on the cat version? Everyone runs the cattless pipes so I have seen lots of dyno sheets for those. I would like to know how much power I would be leaving on the table by going with the catted pipes. my local tuner let me drive his cattless and tuned M and it was a monsTTer but I am getting old and my tolerance is shrinking so I would be willing to give up some power to avoid the fuel smell. So if you have anything on the catted DPs I would appreciate it.

    We have yet to test the catted version and to date have only sold 1 set of catted recently. As far as flow your only losing 3-5% so its not much. You wont lose much with these in catted form. in fact they tend to tq up faster because of the little extra back pressure.

    I havent installed them yet. Im waiting on bmw to replace my dme unit under warranty. after that i will have them installed along with a revamped tune from ESS since now i have downpipes.
