    Without full intake and exhaust cam control you're going to be around 18-19psi for 600whp, turbo will be about tapped out. The divided v-band looks a little restrictive so be sure to watch your EGT's and have them tune around them when you get to that point. Here's a graph of about what you'll be looking at powerband wise. GTX35R, Divided T4 1.06 a/r on 16.8psi on E85 (S54 in Z4M)

    We'll have full cam control. Click here to enlarge We've gotten close to target power levels at 15-16psi. Our graph will look pretty close to yours, we currently have the 1.06 housing but will be switching to the .82 when they have it instock.

    Great manifold, making this work on a street car will be quite the challenge!! Clearances are TIGHT!!
    Clearances do look tight but when speaking to Tyler from Doc race he assured me it shouldn't be all that bad. I was going to delete the secondary air pump anyway cause its completely useless imo, and as far as the coolant overflow tank I believe the Z4M one bolts right up on the other side of the motor. Did you plan on deleting the overflow tank or were you going to use the Z4M one?

    We have a custom overflow tank which we've been running for 4+ years. It also fixes the over heating problem that E46's are notorious for.

    Holy $#@! balls. That downpipe/exhaust system is crazy! Just make sure you don't drive it hard on cold nights. Someone I knew with a BT kit on his GTI did the same with the exhaust. He was putting out 3 foot flames and said he could barely see anything. One of the nights got cold enough that when he floored it, the heat from the exhaust gas cracked his windshield lol... Sick as $#@! though!

    Tuned.

    550whp torque was in the in the 530 range, forgot to page over to axle torque for the proper reading.

    Car is currently running 10-11psi. Playing it extra safe for the race, we have much more to crank out. Keep in mind this engine has 106k miles and has been supercharged and tracked for the past 4 years.
