Active Autowerke| E9X 328 3 stage manifold Conversion Flash (Dyno)

    BimmerBoost Members,

We have finally had the pleasure of installing and dyno tuning the 330 3 stage manifold conversion on a customers 328. This conversion has been extremely popular in the N52 world for years now but without many details regarding the hp increase the true performance of the 328 has been virtually unknown. This is the first time we have had one on our dyno and even with a perfect base map already created for the stock manifold obtaining these gains was no easy task. We also feel there might be a little more power as we learn more and more about the ecu.

Whoa I just saw this. 25 wheel and big mid range with this manifold? This is Active's own manifold?

First I'm hearing about this I don't know why more N52 talk regarding this doesn't take place?

Sorry not really understanding this. So it's a new OEM manifold?

This is a 3 stage manifold. You can get one from a x3/330/z4 3.0si

Thanks I wasn't sure if it was AA's own. Makes quite a difference.

It does in 2006 they came out with the E90 325 which had 225hp and the e90 330 with 255. The only Difference was the tune and manifold.
