Dyno tune - what gear and what settings
I am going to have my '13 550ix Msport Dinan Stage II dyno'd in the next couple of days on a mustang dyno.
What gear should I have them dyno in and what settings?
DTC off ?
DSC off ?
Any changes if I dyno'd the X5 as well? Both N63.

You should have DSC off. Basically, the dyno operator should know the settings to allow the car to dyno.
DSC should be off for both just to get them in dyno mode. BMW electronics sometimes interfere. Regardless, dyno operator I hope has this down.

Sorry for the delay posting.
F10 550ix 12.47 @ 110.9 best time in upstate ny with crap track.
Mustang dyno - 386 /468 max - on standard dyno 403 / 490.
Assuming 20% drivetrain and diff loss Dinan is giving it good power.
X5 Best this year 13.1 @ 109.4. Exact same dyno on mustang dyno which reads low compares to standard dyno meter.
Tried posting pics, doesn't work.
