are you saying 460-470 on pump+meth?
I meant those numbers with meth. For some reason I thought you bought the pvm meth kit from vishnu yrs back.
My guess without meth would be 430-445 respectively.

I think Tony has stated before, thats 500whp on either e85 or pump + meth, limited by the stock turbo housing.

I think Terry has pushed a little above 500 with 93 or higher+meth on the Rb's.

He has, but I think a reasonable, repeatable number to shoot for us 475-500 on a max out setup.

You might want to reach out to them if you haven't already.

Well stock turbos + quality tuning on 93 can get you 420 WHP, so it's a fair estimate to say these will put out something in the 450-500 WHP area. The most RB users are sitting pretty in the 470-490 WHP range, so more than likely the Vargas Stg 2s will be in the same (if not marginally higher) ballpark.

Thanks man, I've already got a shop in Roanoke that will do it. Like I said though, it'll be late next week. It'll be easier to just wait a little while and get it done locally. I appreciate it though!!!

Never had a single N54 turbo "explode" whatever that means, stock, stage 1 or otherwise, but thanks for the input. Our first set we lost the rear intake tube, then I wasn't happy with the wheels, then the car burned down due to WW meth kit, before we could reinstall. But hey why not plant a little negativity and misinformation when everyone else is posting positive information. Wouldn't expect anything less.

Great. For future reference, this shop was suggested by a very active Tarheel member:

Good luck, and can't wait for your observations!

Yes there was an issue, as soon as it sucked something into the inlet and spun around a few times..

That was the second shop I called, it's about 5 minutes from whers i work. They quoted me $1,800 for the install.
They are super good guys though, I've used them before and would do it again if it wasn't for the crazy estimate they gave me this time.

I posted the update on e90post earlier:

"just so you guys aren't left hanging... drove to ICS bright and early. Arrived at 830am. walk in... talk to the owner. whomever I talked to on the phone didn't tell him - and he was just about to leave to go to the airport. Obviously he felt embarrassed and said I could come after work on Monday.

if you are local and know ICS, this shouldn't surprise you. I just laughed. I kind of half expected this...

Another place near me opens at 10. I'm going to see if they can take me. If not, I'll go on Monday after work"

the other place ended up being closed this weekend for easter. so Monday I'm going after work to ICS

Looking forward to dyno's as they start to trickle in. I'd make predictions but I was way low last time so I'm going to keep my mouth shut.
