Good job D. Can't imagine what you would do with an aggressive tune. Also glad to see that diff lock down we built you holding up strong.

Its definitely doing the job, wheel spin is just a major issue. The slightest moisture on the track its over for me

Nice video & runs D! When, RT gets tired of making the AMG's do 10's in the 1/4 mile on street tires & ignoring all those dyno queens out there w/o proven results... perhaps a BMW DCT in the high 10's consistent would be nice in street trim with EPA compliance Click here to enlarge. Also, if a WR with N2o, car should have done 10's or even 9's all DAY BTW on a stripped BMW since 2008!

Everyone keeps saying they would love to see what his car would do with an aggressive tune, but based on the logs he previously posted on E90 - its a pretty damn aggressive tune. It doesnt run 18psi in the lower RPM's, but it does run 16-17psi tapering to 15psi at high RPM's, with some damn aggressive timing to boot. I would wager the car runs better times with less boost, and the IAT load compensation tables might be why your seeing reduced PSI in 4th gear @BuraQ.

This. Just because you're not runing 18psi doesn't mean the tunes not aggressive. In a lot of ways it's more aggressive than the Cobb stage 2+ map or what JB4 would auto"tune" to on a FBO car.

My IATs are fine, the log you saw was a log I did without resting the car in higher temps. After doing some study on the DCT gear ratios vs the N54 MT and AT gear ratios I was able to figure out the 4th gear as the method of tuning is different from the main stream tunes, per the logs I have seen, so I had to change up my driving style also which resulted in putting the power down correctly http://www.bimmerboost.com/showthrea...ENNtech-Tuning

I am still a newb at reading logs, but after doing a comparison of the Cobb Stage 2+ Race (I would love to see PTF's ProTune log on their 335is ie KC) and JB4 G4 and G5 Map 6 and 7 it was rationalized seeing 18+ PSI continuos in a spread of 1k RPMs in mid range then in the high end 14+ PSI with 11-13 degree timings

    vs

13-14 Mid range then 15-16 high range before it completely tappers off with 9-10 degree timings on average

Then we have another issue, interpretation of a decimal PSI. 15.3 or 15.7 PSI is exactly that, whereas some people will read it as 16 PSI which will be rendered as more agressive than the previous mentioned tune.

I find no matter which way you look at it, they are all agressive in their own particular style. Where one lacks in the other has strenght in. If I was 17-18 PSI in the high end with 11-13 degrees then I would agree 100% that it would be way more agressive than Cobb Stage 2+ race and JB4 race maps of which is being assumed.
