fuel trims may be wonky initially, but I don't see why he can't do it as a test of his LPFP upgrade.

why not just add scalars for fuel and let it rip?

I've done it with close to 50 percent e85 on the stock pump without issue, but be sure to log as every car is different.

just up the scalar to 1.4 and test it out.
the race and E30 maps are the same if i remember correctly. just the scalar is different.

Bump the fuel scalar & let her rip, the Walbro E85 LPFP should keep the trims in check

Adjust scalar and have at it. IMHO if you're going to try to run a really aggressive ethanol mix then an upgraded LPFP is a must. No point in killing the OEM LPFP and at the same time limit your power potential when there are cheap and effective solutions available.

DID you just add the 50/50 mix and OTS E30 map or did you have to adjust the fuel scalar in the ATR ?

I didnt adjust the fuel scalar in ATR....but to have the best results and have trims in check make sure you adjust the scalar like the guys above mentioned....

Reason I ran that map with that amount of gas (without scalar adjustments) is because I was supposed to actually run the PTF E50 map during the event...Since I couldnt get it ready in time I ended up using the same blend on the E30 map since I had been logging and things looked pretty good...Since the E30 map is also slightly aggressive I wanted to ensure I had enough E85 in the mix so I dont have timing corrections due to gas quality...

For the JB4 crew, they require to COBB to manage the fueling (combined with the Walbro 450/455 E85 pump), so there's no reason that the strict COBB crew can't

Nice, interested how the car runs and dynos with 50/50 blend PTF e50 vs Cobb OTS.

otheres are reporting anywhere from 20 to 40 hp/tq gains

20-40 HP/TQ easily... The OTS E30 Maps are 30% Ethanol & 20-40 HP gains can prob be made over that with some ProTuning.

I run 100% e85 with procedeFlash/Procede. You likely can do the same.

I'd like to see some OTS Cobb e85'maps before switching.

I wouldn't count on any e85 OTS anytime soon. The number of guys running a LP fuel setup that can support that kind of fueling is extremely limited. Starting with the e30 OTS map and adjusting accordingly in ATR is no big deal... and kind of a fun process Click here to enlarge

you can run 50/50 with ots e30 without changing scalar in atr just fuel trims will be way off . I have ran 50/50 with cobb for maybe 8 months on factory pump no problems . have got some intermittent long cranks but that's it.and fuel trims are even at -numbers at wot.promise you a 50/50 ptf tune is leaps and bounds betterthan the ots .have a dyno set up next weekend will post results..

Agreed 50/50 is definitely OK. but don;t forget both us are running meth (I was Click here to enlarge) so that's why we see negative trims up there Click here to enlarge. I don't think OP is running E85

COBB's already come out & said there are no plans to release full E85 OTS Maps (the OEM fueling system cannot support that without meth or a fuel pump upgrade). You can easily run straight E85 (on stock turbos, no meth) but upgrading to the Walbro Pump. There def won't be enough fuel to support 100% E85 with RB Turbos, Vargas or the Single's
