    S54 with JAWS PX600 kit

As some members know from my other thread http://www.germanboost.com/showthrea...build-on-cards ,i had big s54 blow up last summer,at a time it was running ESS460.I bite a bullet and rebuild the engine completely, and also lowered compression for future boost increase. My aim is to get 550+ WHP,and been talking with few companies who build these kind of SC kits,in the end i chose to go with JAWS PX600 kit.Main reason i went for this kit because its underdog, only handful of these kits where installed,i like challenges Click here to enlarge Ok kit was ordered in mid December, and couple days ago i received a big box full of "LEGO TECHNIC" bits -that will be fun Click here to enlarge

Also while waiting for power injection got few tasty bits for exterior too.Another two back CSL rims, will be running Square set up with 9.5 all round. Also got my hands on oem CSL boot lid and CSL bumper too.Ahh and huge oil cooler will be helping to cool that supercharged oil Click here to enlarge

It was good day in the garage, friday +12C and sunny springs day, very good mood for playing with some "JAWS lego" I took my time today with all the bits i have to install, first off where BOSCH injectors and fuel rail, then was a custom pulley with new bolts, after that it was inlet manifolds turn, with all the piping,main-and tricky one is oil separator-JAWS are using euro S50,and it seams a good idea,BMW used it for quit a while. And the last hour i spend planning on relocating a power steering bottle.I probably will have to make a custom bracket for it later.Yeh so on the whole it was a good start for PX600

There's the P3 Vent Gauge, otherwise you might want to consider the Macht Schnell Gauge Pod (fits in the ashtray spot). Gives you space for three gauges, could do Boost, AFR & Oil Pressure

Oh my bad. Yes Tchleung's setup is custom. He isn't willing to sell it but there's some good pictures he's posted that should help people do the same thing if they have the knowledge required.

Well SC kit is fitted and running great, but car is still not on the road yet, because i didnt have enough time to fit front bumper yet.Because of inter cooler front bumper has to be trimmed a bit to get perfect fitment.
Off course i had it on the road even with out a bumper, and boy its good, compare with my previous ESS460 its just day and night,it so much more powerful. If the traction is off it spins back wheels on dry tarmac in third with out de-clutching-its a smoke machine Click here to enlarge
While on the road i measured the boost pressure, and im getting 10-11 psi, which is normal with this kit.I just cant wait to get that bumper fitted and do some proper driving.

It's almost identical to the P3cars setup. Which looks very nice and has some great features, including boost, reading of trouble codes, etc.
