This. No boohoo. Look at the cars, lambo had to be going at least a buck 20 to mangle up like that and kill two people. This isn't some innocent car wreck, lambo driver obviously failed.

Why are young 20 somethings driving exotics? Do their parents want them to die or something? Something fishy is going on here. Shame they lost their lives.

Obviously parents paid/bought the car but that's how they roll. The parents love them and gave them a nice toy but it was too much too soon. Sometimes a kid can just scrape by in a BMW or Audi sedan.

Sticky don't be ignorant. They bought the car themselves, I believe (from what I have been told) they had a non profit that became very successful. That made them a lot of money.

And honestly, does it matter who paid for the car? Its a tragic lost.

please don't turn this into a pissing match guys, these were really good kids.

You don't see the problem with this statement?

Not at all. I have no problem with rich kids. I'm used to them. They aren't bad people and yes it's a tragic loss.

The question wasn't that it was regarding maturity at that age with obviously a high end piece of machinery. The argument can be made if they would still be here if they were not driving that car.

Yes non profits, do make people rich all the time. Its a way of life. Oh well. Actually, good for them. They did something good, that helped other people and yes they made money off it, better then most people in society.

We should ban cars.. Because the argument is, if we don't have them, nobody will die.

    you sound very liberal.

No hate here man, I'm sorry people lost their lives.

I just think some cars in some hands may be more dangerous than other cars in those same hands. I remember what I was like when I was 17 with an M3. Imagine me at that time with a Murcielago...

LOL - you say they MADE money from a NON PROFIT ? How do you profit from something that is not for profit ?? Unless of course they were embezzling funds...And you said you don't really know, but are just stating what you've been told from others. So really, you don't know either.

A lot of people do, they don't work for charity.

Almost all non profits owners are making money from them

Im kinda shocked that you guys respond like this, it clearly shows that not many of you own business.

A "non profit" just means that the business doesn't make money, not the owners.

    this is from google.

The actual definition of non-profit is "not conducted or maintained for the purpose of making a profit" (according to Webster). But in reality, a non-profit just can't earn money at the end of the year. There are multi-million dollar nonprofit hospitals and other types of corporations. There are also small nonprofit organizations that most people are familiar with.

The simple answer to your question is that nonprofits get federal and state grants, donations, foundation funding, and in the case of some, they sell a product or service (i.e. a hospital). The United States government gives away more than $2 billion dollars a year in federal grants just to religious groups alone!http://www.getting-grants.com .

Once the nonprofit gets their money they spend it for employee salaries and other cost necessary to operate. The nonprofit just can't make a profit and distribute the proceeds to an owner or group or owners.

Again, I don't personally know them, but from what I understand they were owners, or part owners in a non profit. But than again, who knows what there actual title was. (i dont). If they were listed as employee's they could be paid.

A common loophole is that the non-profit is owned by a corporation, run by these people, which doesn't make them owners of the non profit.

If you're going to say thats "morally" incorrect, you will have to talk to just about everyone making big money, because we all use loopholes of some kind.
