    New 3-piece forged wheels

Just wanted to share with you guys a little something I have been working on. Custom, 3-peice forged wheels. These are 18" forged blanks. They are profiled on a cnc lathe and machined on a Maho 800 milling center in house. The wheel in the picture is 18x10.5 and weighs 24 lbs. I am currently working on other designs. I have a few ideas worked up.

    Ejoy!

    -Chris

The few sets that I made have already been sold. I will be doing another run in a few weeks.

The wheels are sick, I'm honestly impressed.

I can't believe you were able to make such a nice wheel, don't take that the wrong way.

Just set out a set of wheels to be satin polished and the lips bright polished. Going on an s54 z3 m roadster. Supercharged, low compression motor. I'll post some pictures of the wheels when we get them back and mounted on the car. Should look sick!

We have about 3 sets of blank centers. If any one wants a custom wheel that no one in the world has, I can design it. If not, I will be making the rest of the centers in the style pictured here. The offsets will be left blank so they can be machined for the specific car.

I've been asked that a lot lately. We haven't done anything with a stepped lip yet. I do want to try it though. Seems like a lot of people with the early models like the stepped lip designs.

Should have pics of the wheels on the M Roadster this Thursday or Friday. The wheels will be back from the polishing guys on wednesday. Then I will assemble and have the tires mounted.

These are going to look sick on this car!

    Front is 8.5 x 18 and rear is 10.5 x 18

Can't wait to see them on the M roadster. You planning on doing a 19 any time soon?

We will most likely do a run of some 19's in a new style when we sell the last three sets of wheels.

And still (stepprd)used in the racing circles, as they are very light, but strong. Stepped barrels can easily be purchased eg, Kodiak Wheels in Canada.

Wheels are installed on the roadster. I'll have pics up this afternoon and a video tomorrow.
