Anyone interested in a N55 tune comparison? Cobb versus BMS versus Active Autowerke?

These three companies are all BimmerBoost sponsors and all offer N55 tunes. I believe I could get each tune to test and have a new N55 335i to test with.

    Would this be interesting?

Sure would be happy to send a JB4 for some testing.

Independent testing -- Try to get Dynos & 0-60s with the three different tunes. Combined with a Stock Baseline, it'll be great to provide the community with the data illustrating how the different tunes perform on the same dyno (or track) in the same conditions.

Would make it very difficult to dispute the results when the different options are all being run on the same car without any major modifications/adjustments being made between comparison runs.

Would be very interesting to see your opinion on throttle response between the different tunes. I'm told the Cobb flash feels very different from the jb.

Am very interested in seeing this comparison. Looking to upgrade from the ppk. Am thinking of downpipes and intake as well. The JB4 currently seems the better choice with downpipes, but presumably Cobb will eventually have a map suited for downpipes as well. Waiting until spring when I'm actually driving the car again. Canadian winters are no fun!

Sounds great! I've been waiting for an independent dyno of cobb stage 1 aggressive since it came out and so far haven't found one.

Very soon... problem is the test car is gone for a week as the owner is playing in a golf tournament in Monterey. So... patience.
