    Moderator Sign ups?

Figuring in about 5-10 years this site will be booming. In fact it's booming as we speak. Sticky can't run the site by himself I predict so. Is there a sign up line for future moderators? If not, can I be number 1?

We won't need mods because as the site grows the guys who have been here the longest and contributed the most will have enough rep to moderate. So essentially they will grow into the necessary moderator role naturally. In theory, everyone is a moderator.

We don't have mods because it singles people out and creates political alliances. And on all forums I have been on moderators bow to peer pressure instead of doing what is right. No moderators. If anything, I'd appoint governors were less rep restrictions. That's only if it ever became necessary.

For now, this is off the table. I can handle approximately 5 times the current load.

    Hahahahah.

All we need is a group of good posters contributing content. You will notice as your rep rises you "moderate" on your own.

I like the rep system, it def works. The site is starting to really gain traction.

I think a great addition would be a in depth review of a members car every quarter. Not a "car of the month" but quarterly a members car would get picked and featured with pics, mods, vid, dynos etc. If it was well done, it would draw enthusiasts to the network.

There's a long, long list of additions. It's just time and money. Just time and money.

Need my car to be done first.

You've got a lot of rep too considering you've been here 2 years less than I have!

That was a big mistake it seems. Probably not saying the S65 lacks power as much as how/what you said.

I'm not in it for rep.... (I'll take a congressional appointment, leave the governalship to LM)... I find the self regulating nature of this site to be better than say that sinking ship over on the other side... Hell this site is better at self regulating than our own government... If my vote counted, and others felt the same way, maybe we wouldn't be in as much trouble as we are now, fiscally and in other aspects, or if there are more war-mongering citizens, we may have nuked the rest of the world already, and been 'king of the hill'...
