I have a 2+ kit (SB533H) sitting, waiting to be installed using stock DMFW. What specs should I be measuring to? I would like to only install this once.

Are you sure? The OEM TOB with OEM TO lever should fit, as they are all stock. This is how I installed my ACT.

Specs Pressure plate is different from ACT. Hence the not working part.

Just a quick update, I got my Spec Stage 2+ clutch and Steel flywheel installed. I have NO clutch chatter and the pedal seems to grab low, close to stock height. The pedal is firmer and you can feel the tension on the pressure plate. I have't really got many miles on it yet since I need two tires and an alignment but should have some more feedback by tomorrow night. So far I'm extremely happy with this setup.

I placed the Spec TOB next to the OEM TOB and they seemed to be the same height.

Are you using the spec provided TO bearing or the OEM one?

I now have 30 miles and some clutch chatter also some shuddering when taking off in 1st gear. Doesn't seem to bad yet but I'll give it some time to break in before I fully give my thoughts. Shouldn't be to long since I average 120 miles a day to work, so by Thursday's ride home I'll stop for a tank of E85.

SPEC provided one. It was the part that had to be machined to allow for the proper spacing of the clutch assembly. Sorry, it was the Clutch Release Bearing Mount that was squeaking, not the TO

So its going on 1 week and I have yet to hear back from SPEC, would like to get some contact. Phone, PM, e-mail.

The chatter and the squealing from the bearing mount is very annoying and makes what should be a respectable car look like a sh-i-t box that's about to fall apart, its embarrassing. How in the hell does Stage2 and 3 be all quiet and my stage1 chatter like a valley girl in the snow.

DAVID from SPEC, CONTACT ME WITH AN UPDATE PLEASE!

A new clutch on the E9X platform is a good upgrade. I would like to reccomend SPEC, but with Customer Service being the way it is (hoping for a positive resolution) I can't reccomend their parts.

Power10, sorry your having such troubles in your dealings with spec. I sure hope things get sorted out soon for you.

So far I'm loving my stage 2+ and steel flywheel. You really feel connected to the driveline and road.
