    ha, i hear you... for about the last two year's wed go to manhattan once a weekend , get a hotel, go out, splurge on whatever.... its fun, but Im more than ready to move on... we both have great families who would love to watch our kid once twice a month over night... our life wont be over... just a little fuller... enough with gay sh;t tho. back to turbos....

    Chuck, of course its no problem what soever if you cant do them in 7 days. This stipulation is in there simply because. We cannot ship our pre-order units until we get some feedback from our betas. We don't want to ship and have them sitting around for 2-3 weeks while people set up the installation. This assures we get our feedback asap, which is part of getting the turbos for what basically breaks down to less than cost.

    my turbos are smoking A LOT now so it will def be a 1-2-3 thing when they arrive... no time to waste... only will be delayed if it comes within days of my wedding/honeymoon but like i said Id have my bro take to installer while i was gone..

    Were much higher than $760. But the going shop rate for a place like our installation shop in California which is between $100-$125. This is mostly because that side of the business specializes in light diesel work, performance and diagnosis, etc. We charge around 10 hours so around $1250, but we always drop the subframe. We don't think you can properly torque many of the bolts, and connections if you don't, you just don't have the room.

    My BMW tech is doing it for right around $1000 (outside of the dealership of course). Going to have him replace the water pump and whatever else he thinks should be done at 90k miles.

    I got a guy who did my Spec Stage 3+ and LWFW for $500 in San Francisco. I am so very tempted to get a quote on turbo swaps... If he does a good job Tony, maybe you can point people there (they did top work with the clutch).

    Tony, Please tell me more about the stage 2 upgrade... is this an RB comparable type upgrade? What will roughly be the cost for everything including all installation parts and is this an acceptable option for someone touching 500 whp?
