    You're not a fool it's foolish to think the Alpina can run with the GTS. The GTS is lighter, more powerful, and completely adjustable. Simple as that.

    Well why don't you dig really deep and figure out why those other V8 optioned cars are so cheap. What's the main argument with those "other" V8 engine cars. It's not an argument you'll ever hear from a BMW owner. Seriously, why don't you buy one of those other V8's? Your argument and mine is not nearly the same context. I am satisfied with the potential and power my S54 can make. As a matter of fact, no N54 or S65 has ever hit the numbers the S54 has. So, what do I have to be worried about right? So, dig really deep for a reason why you do not feel the urge to buy a $40k Z06, or a $40k Mustang GT 5.0.

    I don't get it either. The S54 tuned and say with an Alpha-N setup offers an incredible driving experience. You know, driving? Not drag racing?

    Incredible response, high revving, smooth, great sound. It's a racy motor. It isn't supposed to be +205802852408 whp with bolt ons. Neither is the GT3. And those are both world class drivers car even though a GT500 can beat them in a straight line. On a twisty empty road, I know which one I would choose to drive.

    It's an idiotic argument being presented. It's childish really.

    I respect the engineering in that motor I just don't respect the car for that price point. I mean you can pick up a Carrera GT for that money.

    No, you're the one literally confused!! You're talking about motor design and comparing all sorts of $#@! out there which has NOTHING to do with the motor itself, such as gear/torque multiplication. That S65 is making you lose sense man
