1500 whp UGR Gallardo Vs. 449 whp Turbo Busa

Not sure if this has been posted. Looks like some good races and the UGR car has a bit more than the busa.

Nuts. I can't ever throttle hard on a 1000cc GSX-R without having it lift, can't even imagine how hard it is to keep 449 whp on the ground on a bike. UR Lamborghini is amazing as always.

Old vid&the owner of the bike (Rob Kelly) posted an in-depth thread about that run when it went down. Busa was running mid boost, around 400rwhp and did not have optimal gearing, said they ran up to 230mph. Since that race went down several purpose-built 550-650rwhp Busas have called out UGR and kept getting blown-off and no races were able to be set up.
2 of those 600rwhp Busas will be at TX2K13 and have already called out the fastest UGR cars....

didnt know it was that old a vid, thanks for the updates. Im still impressed the car pulled on a 400whp bike. On the bigger power busas call out, I heard that also, but UGR had some problems with the car they wanted to run them with. Something about reliability of 2000awhp. Id like to see that race anywho.

Those cars are no joke, the big HP bikes are gonna have a traction issue....IF(and a big if..)they can hook on the street a 550-600rwhp will up&run away from a 1500whp TTG. They just cant put the power down like those damn lambos

Jesus what a $#@! quality vid. Why even include the shots of the ground?

Running with a turbo Hayabusa has to feel good though. Always prefer a big HP car over big HP bike and the cars aerodynamics up top just can't be beat.

@Sticky,bikes still rule the standing mile so the aero isnt *that* bad...cars are still quite far behind in that measure of performanceClick here to enlarge

Ultimately with turbo bike motors they power weight just can't be beat. But... the cars aero is better.
