    Octane and back end flashes

    Hi Guys,
    if running max boost (I'm at 21 psi on stock turbos and don't think they'll take more) what adjustments can be made to a flash tune to run higher levels of ethanol? Right now I run E40 and water+meth injection but if I wanted to adapt a flash for E60 and meth injection then what would require adapting?

    AFRs and trims?

    My ignition timing is about as far advanced as I'd say is safe so I don't think I can make adjustments there either.

    Just wondering how an E40 map would compare to an E60 map or E85 map etc.

    If you're spraying water/meth already with the e40 blend, I doubt you'd see any difference/gains with going to a higher map. Unless you tuned it to be aggressive for that one purpose.

    Yes I think unless I add a bit more timing I wont benefit.
    Comparing to other maps I've seen I think I may have 1 to 2 degrees for adjustment around the top end.
