    Not sure how to launch an AT with turbo lag though? Can't put in stall in this tranny right? With axels and DS with DR this thing is going to prob be the fastest 1/4mi. 335i yet if you can launch iit. Launching a big turbo car with lots of lag is tough..... Trust me lol

    although I only got to drive it home the other day (I'm back at work now..) ill say this much, 1rst gear gets going STAT. from a stop lol. with radials (sticky mickeys ) I think I can get decent launches with practice. it'll be a challenge though no doubt.

    AND thanks for all the good words !!! also keep in mind that the video is extremely preliminary. lol. not even really tuned yet. and it's not even running e85 yet either. expect it to be quite a bit more powerful and faster in the coming week or 2!

    I knew I forgot something lol next vid will have the head slamming. Like Dan said this still a very preliminary map. It's actually the standard bms flash. So nothing special going on to help spool. It's actually not as laggy as it seems I guess everything just happens slower in video. This is also the largest a/r vband housing they offer. The good thing is this turbo has great transient response. Once we start letting it shift it self it's gonna be a rocket. I don't think it'll lose much boost at all between shifts.

    What's the issue with letting it row through the gears? Why would it cause the tranny to slip at 16.5psi

    there are a bunch of pics pages back. but to sum it up, the pictures do nothing for it! when you see it in person... wow!
    single 4" SS exhaust with one vibrant flow thru resonator/muffler. and of course ... open dump from the wastegate.

    if any one is on the fence about the Vargas fuel pump/rail upgrade, don't be. from what @BoostAddict said (I'm back at work) it was an easy swap and it definitely works ! @VargasTurboTech thanks again for the help!
