possibly. You'd throw an error code saying the rear sensors are crossed up.

Gotcha, well the only codes that come back are the 29E0/1 so I don't think I've got my wires crossed.

FYI, JB4 auto code clearing has been disabled.

Only code stored is 2AAF which isn't much.
since you have the dp fix disabled & the auto clear disable dont you get a check engine light on since your kittyless?if i leave my auto clear off with dp's i get check engine light shortly after.i would prefer to able to read codes too with auto clear off

i know this thread is a little old, but...

I'm having the same codes (29E0/29E1) with the DP fix. I'm FBO, kittyless, stage 0, & map 0 for emissions. I'm on 91 octane but I was running E40-E50 before no codes with BMS flash.

I tried 5, 6, & 7 o'clock positions on the DP fix. Resetting lambda each time and doing a drive cycle for OBDII readiness. Never got the 2C31/2C32 or 29F4/29F5 codes. Only 29E0/29E1 each time, but no dash lights.

Since I didn't have a dash light I gambled and took it in for state inspection, It passed. My state does the OBDII inspection only.

    Just an FYI...

I've had the same symptoms as you, and at the end find out that it was result of bms flash and the latest update of bmw.

I came across this thread looking for info about my 29E0 that suddenly popped up today. I was on E40 for about 3-4 tank fulls running a PTF Cobb Stg1+ e-tune (no down pipes, no O2 fix). For OBD-II state inspection I uninstalled the Cobb, ran the gas gauge down to zero, filled with 93, drove for about 10 miles then brought to the dealer for inspection. (NB: I had not restted adpatations.) They said I had an O2 ready problem, questioned whether I had a tune (Who, me?), and so they ran the car some more miles until the O2 readiness was okay. That was last week. Since then I installed Cobb with one of my PTF E10 maps, drove ~200 miles, refilled with Shell 93 VPower 2 days ago, and drove more spirited this morning coming to work. Checked the codes and now have P29E0 on the Cobb. The code did clear. So it seems I also have an "E85-related Fuel Mixture Control" issue, but I don't have DP or O2 fix. Other than resetting adaptations now, any suggestions?

Hi @Jeffman , you can always email us directly and send a log over for review...It may be just adaptations and a reset may solve it or it may also be o2 sensors depending on if there's any other codes happening (sounds like that's not the case though)
