Renntech tuned W212 E63 with M157 Twin Turbo V8 takes on a E92 335 with upgraded turbos from a roll

This would appear to be a bit of a mismatch on paper. The E63 putting out a claimed 607 wheel horsepower and the 335 putting out about 470 wheel horsepower. Modifications to the 335 consisting of upgraded RB turbos, G5 JB4 tune, meth, and 95 octane fuel. The E63 having a Renntech tune, 95 octane fuel, and a Renntech tune. Runs are said from a roll from around 40 miles per hour to 120 miles per hour.

The 335 does surprisingly well especially considering it has a passenger. The first two races appear to be fairly short. The final race on the highway where the E63 can stretch its legs a bit has it pulling away. Still, the race is surprisingly close with such a large power disparity on paper. Yes, the 335 is lighter but not to a degree to offset a 130 wheel horsepower disparity.

Check out the videos and you be the judge.
