Impressive how much free flowing the Evolve header looks. Great work indeed. Now lets see some videos to hear that beastly V10 with those headers, and graphs for gains.

You sneaking stuff of our facebook page again ;-)

You can see 5 different dyno tests below:

    Car D MAHA Dyno:

    +62 Flywheel HP Corrected
    +50 Flywheel HP Uncorrected
    +56 Wheel HP Uncorrected

(Note, there is a large difference in SAE correction factor and also weather condition on this result so the gains are exaggerated. gains are probably closer to 40hp)

This is all without tuning which will bring up the torque in the midrange far more due to the stock VANOS calibration being unsuitable for the larger primaries.

I've posted these before but in case you missed them...

Here are some more videos of our E60 M5 at last months VMAX airstrip event. The driver of the Jaguar told some of my friends he pulled on me until he hit his limiter. I guess he did not know that we were filming it!

    Our car has:

    Evolve Tubular 5-1 Headers
    Evolve E-Tronic Rear Exhaust
Evolve Alpha N ECU Remap Stage 3

    Stock Air filters. No scoops!
    Stock secondary cats.

So are you guys still doing just the simple cat delete pipes? Or is this going to be the only thing offered?

Also how is fitment? The Agency Power ones really suck trying to get them lined up, you kinda have to bend a bit with a prybar to get them to line up, and the bolt holes are not in any sort of optimal spot Click here to enlarge

We are still offering the modified stock headers but the Tubular provide ultimate power gains. The best we have seen one our dyno of a car with modified stock headers (decat pipe) is 550 BHP (crank). The best we have seen with our Tubular headers is 570 BHP. Both cars running our tune - everything else equal.

Fitment is excellent. Primaries are individual so they can be fitted first and then the collector slots on. All of these have gone to international customers and most of them have commented on how well they fit. The others have not commented at all so assume we have had zero issues.
