You'll only be able to fit them at the far back right before the mufflers...i wanted them up front after the DPs and since they wouldn't fit there I gave up and cancelled my order

I also hear that they generally leak over time. That put an end to my intrigue.

From what I understand they leak and rattle overtime as well.

I made a custom valvetronic muffler that basically holds the valve within the muffler housing to protect it from the elements. It is also vaccum controlled versus electronic so there's less risk of failure. The Electric cutuous are fairly prone to failure.

The only problem was I didn't like the sound with the valve closed so I scrapped it. I'm going to try it again a second time soon and hopefully it sounds better this time around.

If you want to have the cutout right after the downpipes it can be done if you run a single midpipe instead of dual, I helped one of my friends set it up, but he didn't like it for various reasons. He may still have the midpipe with cutout intact I'll see if he wants to sell it.

Why do you say they wont fit, my installer says he can put them above the mid pipes.

    Not possible?

Try it out...when we had the car up in the air and looked there was no way anything of the size of cutouts would fit. If you squeeze them in there I'll follow suite

I've been told many times something won't fit, but where there's a will there's a way.

    Yeah true that makes sense.
Is placing the cutout immediately post-downpipes a must have requirement for you?
