Interesting how they aren't showing those crazy fake high numbers anymore

These are realistic numbers right here for higher boost on 93 octane through an aftermarket exhaust. 70 whp short from previous claims on 93 octane through stock exhaust...

Also this is in STD format not SAE. Would be awesome to see the correction factor they are using which can easily bump up the chart. The dyno number discrepancies ESS shows for all their kits are just plain ridiculous.

Someone needs to call them out on this. I wonder what excuse they will give this time. Were they confused about which chart belongs to what car again? Or did they do a "race" tune for that car. bla bla bla

I've called them out on this 14013193779 times. This is part of the reason we are having the whole dyno shootout.

It is over with obviously, this is a realistic number and the other ones should just be burned/destroyed/deleted and never used again.

^ Interesting, ESS car couldn't hang but the Balboni pulled it? The editing on those vids is getting pretty good. Those Russians are cocky as $#@!.

That is a pretty damn good vid, deserves it's own thread.

The top kit ESS offers is there VT2-625. This dyno was done on a independent dyno located at AMS in Chicago. http://www.amsperformance.com/index.php

ESS advertises their VT2-600 kit on their website to make about 509whp. Which means this particular dyno is right on track with what it's supposed to make.

All I can say is that my VT1 kit did exactly what it was supposed to do and I have been very happy with a supercharger kit that I personally installed in my own shop!

Ah yes, my mistake, I always am thinking in 91 octane terms and forgot about the highest PSI setup.

Thanks for clearing up the dyno, no wonder the numbers look right Click here to enlarge

The VT2-600 is also a 93 octane kit ... The highest 91 octane kit is the VT2-575

Yes I know, but I have heard of exceptions for certain people with certain setups on the VT-600 with 91 octane.

Depends for who, I was talking with Roman for a long time about getting more boost before the ESS or Gintani kit officially came out. They will even do quiet meth setups on the side for the "right" customer. It isn't official policy and they don't like to sway out of bounds though.

Kind of like how you guys got higher boost pulleys Click here to enlarge

Way to much negativity, fact is that its a good kit and reguardless of the #s the cars all run very well with perfect drivability and thats for a bolt on kit that anyone can install, not a string of one offs with costom tuning. Give me a nother company that can do that and at such a low price!

What negativity? No one said it is a bad kit and no one said they don't have a good entry level price.

Give me another company that can do custom tuning or any setup you desire for real power built around your needs not a cookie cutter approach?
