    Well when you administrate you see it differently. Plus there should be some punishment.

    I will probably implement something as well like I said that if you get too many neg reps in a thread you are automatically banned from the thread.

    Let's say vendor X starts a thread where he compares his product to vendor Y's but he bans Y right away. Will vendor Y not even be able to see that specific thread? How will he be able to reply (e.g. create a new thread) when he doesn't even know that the initial thread exists? Isn't that a bit unfair?

    No. Vendors control their own threads.

    If Vendor Y wants to compare his product he can do so, all info on the product would likely be on their webpage and the vendors would know each others competition.
