Thanks to @Eleventeen I now have a stock flange in hand. After I can test cut some flanges I'll throw up a drawing, hopefully soon.

If you can leave black marks on a straight from the time you exit a corner till the time you brake for the next turn....... Then, you have enough horsepower.

Awesome. This should be good info for the community. I'm sure there are a few people out there that would prefer to get creative and save thousands by building their own hardware.

Yes thank you very much. I received the other. I need to get on this also. I've been swamped the past week. I'm hoping this upcoming week will slow down and I can get on this.

Give these guys a call. They probably have some already cut (or can cut some for you if not). I bought a pair from them and they look awesome.

How many people are interested? We've already made these, and probably could cut some more?

Well I've got a little bit of an update on this. I had some other more important things to deal with last year, so I haven't had enough free time or motivation to work on this until this now.

But I finally got around to creating a drawing from a stock flange. I'm going to get a flange cut, see how it lines up, and make changes if necessary. Once I know that the dimensions are correct, I'll upload the file to my web site for whoever wants a copy.

    Nice work Ray!

Eleventeen have you touched base with Terry to try and get some boost control for your setup. Seems most other options have stalled and I'm interested to see advancement. Any luck with fixing your misfire?

I increased the exhaust ports to be 1mm larger than the OD of schedule 10 piping, so inserts can be welded into the flanges. I just sent the SolidWorks part over to a friend of mine to see if they can get a couple cut out. Hopefully I'll have some more news sometime soon.

Just burned through my 3rd or 4th O2 sensor on the rear bank (honestly lost count), so the car is down again LOL. Whatever. I need to get more creative than building a little heat shield, because that didn't help. Click here to enlarge

I had a flange cut out of sheet metal to see if everything lined up and it came out great. The CAD file will probably be updated to smooth out the outside edges, for cosmetic reasons. But it'll work fine as-is. I'll post a link to the file after I get a chance to upload it this morning.

I got a set of flanges cut out of some thicker stainless today, so the spring project can finally begin.

Yeah twin-scroll T4 S300sx 91/79. People seem to have had good results with these on the 2JZ & RB26 motors. I'm sure I'll miss having virtually no turbo lag, but I sure won't miss the embarrassing cloud of oil smoke following me around.

That's some sexy hardware! Can't wait to see what you come up with. I still can't believe I originally planned on welding to that OEM flange when I was conceptualizing my manifold. That thing is paper thin. Awesome to see it going to good use!
