So Evolve tunes for RK Automotive hardware and now they are releasing their own hardware? Or it's a RK Automotive kit?

    Hi Guys

Both intercooled and non intercooled have been running in for a while now. Sorry we have not mentioned it. Just busy with all the projects we have on. We have a customer base waiting for these kits so have been updating them via email rather than posting on forums. Will put some more details up about it soon. The intercooled kit has been delayed (like our E92 kit) because of the core manufacturer having a big fire in their location.

We are still tuning for RK. This is our kit with our hardware running a Rotrex C38-91 charger.

Here is a sneak peak of the intercooled system in development.

Great to see this kit mentioned here on Bimmerboost. It's great to see a solid plug n play kit for the E39 M5 from the best tuner! I can't wait to hear further details.

We do the tuning for the Vortech based RK kit.

We also produce our own Rotrex based kit.

We use RK plenum plates as an option on our kit.

The stage 1 low boost setup is working fine but our customer base is almost all 100% intercooled stage 2 setups.

We are currently supercharging 4 E39's at the same time.

    1) 100% Stock
    2) Headers, CATS
    3) Headers, CATS, Flowed Cyl Heads
    4) Headers, CATS, Flowed Cyl Heads, CAMS

1 and 2 are around 30hp apart in terms of power.

No 4 is having a special race intercooler with a HS Marstons core. Should be ultra cool!

Images etc will be coming soon....

Wow I can't wait to see this. All this has me thinking how amazing the E46 M3 SC kit will be if you guys decide to do it. All I have to do is convince myself to remove my OEM CSL intake lol.

Wow...you guys have become a Forced Induction Mad House over there!!

I cannot wait to see the difference among all 4 setups. More curious about how the heads and cams effect the power curve! Great work guys!

    E46 M3 supercharger kit....

That means I have to make an E60 one aswell then to complete the more modern line up of M power kits.

Carbon fibre plenum, CNC machined brackets, high end intercooler........ mapping is easy..... got me thinking there!

Rotrex? ASA? Vortech? HKS? So many choices. So many materials.

    DO IT!!!!!!

If you do make a kit for the E46 M3, I just ask that you promise to develop something with big torque from 3000-8000RPM and that will be consistent on a road course Click here to enlarge

    For the E60 M5....TWIN ROTREX!!!!!
