JAWS MOTORSPORT STAGE 3 SUPERCHARGER KIT * Built Motor*

JAWS Motorsport AB in Sweden (www.jawsmotorsport.se) has successfully developed "Stage 1 & 2" kit for the Bmw E46 M3 2001-2006 with very good results, what about 8,4 @ 60-130mph and 530+ whp!

    ( )

So now when we are on a roll lets build Stage 3 right away with DP/JAWS forged internals and bolted up with ARPīs

A spare engine was bought with only 40000km on it from a 2006 M3 and will be the base on this Stage 3 project.

    Contents:

    * JAWS PX600 Supercharger kit - Paxton Novi 1500SL (825hp) <--- Upgraded Supercharger as well Click here to enlarge 2012-08-31

    * ARP L19 head bolts (Horsepowerfreaks)

    * ARP main crank bolts (Horsepowerfreaks)

Our goal is to max out the Supercharger and build the fastest S/C M3 E46 "around the blocks" on pump gas, we will add Meth injection to compensate for bad fuel around the globe, should suite everyone!, this will be done in 4 weeks from TODAY! All parts are ordered and we are waiting for confirmation on delivery, Horsepowerfreaks will supply things u can see above and DP in Europe who is our manufactor of JAWS billet pistons and turbo rods

Pictures will be uploaded in detail for you guys to see and i hope you will follow the thread... wish us luck Click here to enlarge

Methanol kit is for "saftey" only when hot weather occour or when the car is pushed to its limits, most likley we are upgrading the Supercharger to a NOVI 1500SL = 825hp...time will tell Click here to enlarge

    Good luck with this project.

What type of power are you expecting?

I will be following this closely, 4 weeks is a quick build...

We will max out the Novi 1200 SL (775hp) or if we put the Novi 1500 (825hp), time will tell i know we are reaching limits in terms of fuelrail, fuel lines and so on..

In for the results. Looks like a very sick build for the E46. Just curious, what is the cost is looking like for a production kit?

We take approx 100-200km mixed driving on the road, does a oilchange and then up on to the dyno for some full pulls and check everything.
