Exclamation JAWS Motorsport Ab DYNO PX600 Supercharger kit SMG car! = 535whp

Now we also dynoed the PX600 kit on our SMG car.

    Baseline dyno = 305whp

    515whp on 11,5 psi
    535whp on 13 psi
560whp on 14,5 psi (no official "claims", just a test we did and nothing we will sell bcs its to pushed on stock engine for reliability!)

It would be fair to expect 200+ whp from our PX600 supercharger kit at 11-12psi of boost on 98RON pump fuel, better quality fuel equal more power, also a cat removal will keep EGT down and make it produce more power.

560whp was a test only, i wouldnt push it like that bcs it will end up cracking pistons for sure! our production kits will have a minimum 200whp gain over stock baseline, 93 octane minimum! (98RON)

500-530whp is "safe" if u have your parameters under controll..EGT,AFT,Ignition..knock adaption and so on, everything above that is like asking for problem and i meen for a car thats driven hard on tracks and so on.

If you push it further it will end up pistons collapsing, ringland cracks and piston skirt will brake bcs to much force, yes we know..we have tryed it Click here to enlarge I have pictures of it somewere if anyone interested.

Catless midpipe will give u more hp high up in revs, but if u go to free flowing exhaust u will loose tq in low ends, can actually feel very empty. Euro header install is recomended on all JAWS S/C kits

91 octane isnt recomended in this area of power, we need to lower ignition a little and put a slightly bigger pulley on for saftey.

They can, either we do a correction for fuel and a little less boost for theire BAD fuel = less hp, OR they use a meth kit to compensate for it Click here to enlarge, i recomend first option first!

Well meth is ok if its used as a saftey cause, not as power adder! it will raise the octane significant though, so it would need in my opinion a progressive controlled kit based on map (+ tps would be nice) We will try this one on our Stage 3 http://www.snowperformance.net/stage...st-cooler.html
