    It's for live tracing.
Use Weighted Interpolation is a check-box to display the bounding box used for Live Tracing. Checking this will
cause Live Trace to appear smoother. Un-checking this makes the Live Trace box fit only in active cells

Hate to jump in late but Im getting my V3 next week and looking for data logging capabilities and I see something that excited me. I use to use an old system called the SMT-6 and having the playback able to play in the cells to show load and values in those cells at those condition's was priceless. This also shows me a lot more how people are remote tuning these things with such great results.

How is it setup on playback, can you open multiple windows or parameters such as boost, afr banks, rpm and so on as well showing the map table you are modifying in the background?

Download the MapTOOLS logging software and buy the bmw cobb add-on for $25. Best $25 dollars I've ever spent.

    Hi,

I just recently got COBB AP, and installed FMIC and aftermarket chargepipe. I am running Stage 1 + FMIC Aggressive map. I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look and let me know if something looks as it should not.

    Thanks

What's there looks good. Resetting to the default logging list and adding STFT(bank 1) and LTFT(bank 1) is usually the best parameters to log. Timing is clear of corrections and boost control looks solid.

    Hi,

Thanks for checking out my datalog. Here is the another one I created with the parameters you specified.

This time I see multiple timing corrections, and I believe this happened when the car shifted from the second into the third gear.

My car has 6 speed AT transmission, so when I tried to do WOT in 3rd at 2500 rpm, it downshifted to 2nd gear. I kept looging all the way until I reached redline in the 4th gear.

If you could find time to take another look at this log, I would really appreciate it.
