Don't waste your money on this mod. I did. No gain whatsoever. I have the Dinan pulley.

They both work on the same principle so why advocate the Dinan pulley over this one?

Underdrive pulleys are a great mod on the S65 speaking from personal experience.

I'm not advocating the Dinan pulley. Sorry if my post was misleading. What I meant to say that any one of these pulley's, no matter the manufacturer, is a waste of money. But don't take my word for it if you don't believe it, just trying to save people money on a worthless mod.

I respectfully disagree, this is one of the best mods I did when NA.

How? Did you dyno before and after with just the added pulley? I have yet to see a dyno with just the pulley that shows any sort of gain. I have the pulley on my car. No gain whatsoever. I paid $400 for the pulley and $250 for the install. I was pissed at myself afterwards for throwing money out the window.

Yes I did, showed gains. I don't have the dyno with me unfortunately, that was a couple years ago. There are a few dynos out there with just the pulley alone.

Some pullies are a little more aggressive than others in their reduction but you should see gains.

In theory these pulleys actually should offer a small improvement in numbers. That being said, I don't recall ever seeing a before-after dyno with the pulley alone. Every dyno I've seen has been stock vs pulley+air filter. My money is that the delta on those dynos is most attributable to the aftermarket filter, but one would think there must be some contribution from the pulley.

Here is one, stock vs. pulley, this was one of the earliest dynos:

If this is a 18% reduction pulley like the Dinan and Gintani, you can really notice it while driving.
