TurboEddie, does the offer of a free base map for brave souls still stand? That would save so much tuning time.

yes i did, but i have the dpf deleted via ecu now. Its a cleaner solution in my opinion. But then harder you raise the rail pressure them more carbon is building up during combustion. Maybe a water injection system could help lowering that.
Without removing the dpf and raising the rail pressure you will sooner or later get problems with a full DPF. Mine was already full without any tunings at 80000 km. Cant imagine how bad it would have been if it was tuned for that 80000 km.

I just bought the AEM unit. I'm trying to determine the frequency range of the MAF sensor, and how it correlates to load. Has anyone figured this out yet? The MAF input can't be referenced to MAP load because the AEM MAP sensor only goes to 40psi absolute, which is below the stock boost level.

I suppose I could just connect everything and collect data with all maps set to zero. That should show the range of all the sensors.

Doesn't sound like it's going to be easy.

I'm hoping he offers that delete pipe. That would be a much easier solution than ordering one from Scotland or gutting a factory unit.
