Congrats to him. Always said that thing will destroy an RB turbo car if it had traction.

    DZ- this is for you:

Backed it up with a 6.51s run with a 0.00% slope.

6AT is simply easier to get off the line. Don't get me wrong I hate Shiv but that single turbo hasn't even scratched the surface of what it's capable of. Can't wait for Cobb to get their hands on a car with a single turbo setup so they can fuel the thing properly and crank the boost even further. Even if shiv were reflashing fuel tables he's still capped. Ask me how I know.

well, the sooner Full-Race finishes their manifold/kit the better. i believe they're working with Cobb on the tuning, but that's kind of hear-say

And how much meth is he spraying to keep his motor from wanting to crawl out from under the car?

The time is impressive, just like a honda on a 250 shot of nitrous running a 6.51s 60-130, you're doing it wrong.

i'd say it's pretty respectable for a car down 1L and 2 cylinders, with a manual (IE not DCT) transmission

Man you're fast LOL. I was trying to fix my reply so that it made since. I meant LM. Maybe you don't have enough rep yet. Not sure what is required, but LM usually pops into the N54 threads still.

Keep forgetting to hit reply with quote. Reply fail!

I think the argument LM makes isn't that the RBs are faster per say, but that they are not much slower with significantly fewer drivability trade offs along with their lower cost. Given the single turbo performance numbers even considering this 6.4 60-130 in race trim it is hard to disagree with him. I have no doubt if Shiv really tried as he is doing now to market this single he could run 6.7s 60-130 and 130mph with RBs.

I'm serious, I want to hear what he has to say if he will be mature about it. No need to neg rep someone just for bringing news over here with their opinion. This isn't e90shitpost, so I'm gonna rep him because I want to hear his side of the story.

I'd say I'm 95% sure it can be done. One of these days I need to throw some RBs on our car for some testing. Click here to enlarge

When it hits 30 degrees in the winter, I will borrow a set of Koseis remove all seats and unnecessary dead weight crank it to 21 psi tapering to as much as i can get away with with race gas dual CM12s

And at best I may beat dzennos time but 6.7? That's a stretch.
