Nice piece....but I'm about to try something that may start a trend.

Ever thought about using a crank case evacuation pump?

Forgot to update this thread. I found out the reason for rough idle. I had one bad injector 0.0 I did ohm test on all injectors and got 19.6 ohms. Then I did a 12v test on the cyl 6 injector and it wont open and spray fuel. 1-5 works just fine. So we know whats the problem. BAD Injector!

Here is some Injector Tech. Our fuel system run at 3.5 bars.

AA Delphi 37lbs Injectors (D3165BA) - Ordered 1 Replacement Per Zak Recommendation.

I don't have much advice on what injectors to get, but awesome post!

Were you pulling a code for misfires or anything regarding the bad fuel injector?

Funny thing no codes. Only a funny idle and shutter when slowly rolling into the gas pedal on the interstate. :/ Car is up and running. I had some new 37lbs installed Click here to enlarge

Very odd indeed. I know a guy who is having troubles with his E46 M3 (idle and slight stutter), pulling no codes, so he has reason to believe it's his tune. The tuner is pretty confident that it's done right, so I am starting to think that it might be his fuel injectors. Funny thing is that he has no codes either. We'll see what he ends up doing to solve his issues.

Great to hear the car is up and running! I want to hear your thoughts on the header and exhaust setup! Click here to enlarge

The Radium comes with 12 SS Condensers. Seems like it is not enough to slow down the Vacuum and let the oil and air separation. I talked to Radium, they said "We would like you try something. Buy a stainless steel scrubber pad from your local grocery store. Cut off a piece large enough to fill the area on the catch can where the screens would go. Remove the screens and replace them with this material. Let us know how it works. We have been running this in some other cars and seems to be doing well." To me it seems like a common problem Click here to enlarge

Installed the headers for the most part (can't fit 1 nut on both of the header flange). I will let Brady do this as I gave up. I would leave them on....step back and give yourself some time to find a solution for those 2 nuts.

That's easy for me to say I admit.....as I seem to remove entire engines to mount stuff like this. LOL

Sorry, if I sound unclear. I am leaving them on and drive down to Tx with 2 missing nut. Hopefully, Brady can work his magic. Front Header is missing the Top Nut between Cyl 1 and 2. Rear Header is missing the Bottom nut between 4 and 5. I think I should be fine just not ideal.

    Paging Mike Benvo!

Mike's car was the first M54 with a SC to run cams....way back when Technik Engineering was selling kits.

Samir advertised the results on his website.

Then.....ESS came out with their Twin Screw SC systems, and the same cam spec was being sold for Stage 2+ kits....with, you guessed it, a 30hp gain.

I'll leave Anthony to confirm the specs. Click here to enlarge

Mike Benvo. Wow, that's a name I haven't seen in a long time.

They are Schricks 248/256 Cams. I am now on the market for a Tuner. I am thinking Jerry@EuroCharged.

I will be getting back my EGS that I loaned out to a Fanatic Member. So, I should be ready for my road trip Nov. 15-20th for my Cams, Vanos and 3" exhaust install :exciting:
