    Converting from WW to trunk mount meth

    Having read about the recent issue with a few people in the n54 community running meth in their WW tanks I would rather convert to a trunk mount setup.

    Being fairly new to meth injection I have a few questions.

    First of all what size barb should I use to tap the tank with? I'm planning on using a 2.5 gallon tank mounted either in the space above the battery or cd changer.

    Would it be better to put the tank tap more towards the rear of the tank to prevent air being sucked in when the meth is fairly low and with the car accelerating?

    What do people use to seal up the aforementioned tank tap?

    Should I leave the pump mounted in the engine bay or would it be better to mount it in the trunk somewhere lower than the tank?

    I am using a JB4 to control the meth but should I bother with a float switch? I was thinking of wiring it up to an LED as a reminder to fill up but was wondering if it was worth the hassle.

    Get the CM pro tank and dont put it over the battery (you ever spill water or meth)

    The pump mounts under the tank and is gravity fed.

    I've looked at the CM pro tank but I can't find anyone stocking it here in the UK. Aquamist and Devils Own both have distributers here.

    I'm only after a tank buddy and shipping to the UK might be a problem so you're probably better off selling it 'local'. Thanks for the heads up though

I have logic 7 and a cd changer so I have 3 or 4 inches less clearance on that side and it looks quite tight on yours. I'll measure it up but it looks like it won't work Click here to enlarge

    It is tight up on top but I can still fill it without any extra hose or anything, if you want some simple measurements let me know!
