Awesome. But one thing, why it costs even less than half of what SS asks for their headers though it's made by them?

    A few things.

    - The collectors are slip on and do not use springs / gaskets / metal plates
    - The Flanges are different
    - Our RRP does not involve additional dealers so that discount can be had by the end user.

The Supersprint original is a brilliant piece of engineering. Ultimately we are removing some of the technical features and making it all simpler.

The overall volume is different and is slight step designed also.

So it is essentially a very different product but will make the same power gain as a Supersprint at the very least.

    Prices:

    RRP - $4250
    Bimmerboost - $3750
    GB Prices even less.

For the quality of workmanship and proper merge collectors I hope this sounds reasonable.

    Dyno graphs

PLEASE NOTICE THE DELTA AND NOT THE ACTUAL FIGURES. YOU ARE ALL USED TO SEEING MUCH HIGHER DYNOJET NUMBERS.

Two runs from stock and with headers.

Note: There is a small rpm calibration difference on the graphs with the stock headers which are around 100rpm out. This means the graphs with the stock headers are slightly 'squashed' which shows higher torque / HP through the rpm range. Therefore the torque gain after the headers are fitted is less than it should be marginally.

So, a consistent +40 RWHP with no loss of torque.

Showing Ambient Temperature between two tests:

Showing Inlet Air Temperature between two tests:

For those of you who know how to calculate a correction factor you will see the stock header graphs have a CF of around 1.01 and the CF of the header tests is around 1.005

So correction factor was very close on both days.

Temperature was around 15 DegC lower on the test of the stock headers.

Absolutely stunning and a work of art. The gains are incredible!

I have said this countless times, but I love the amount of data you share with us. This is the best way to prove how great of a product you have! Share the evidence so that no one can question it.

If I had an E60 M5, there's no doubt this would be at the top of my list of things to add!

Where were you guys when i was a S85 junky? lol
40whp is really great, and what's even greater is the price you are asking for it.

But sucks if someone like me just paid $10,000 for a SS headers. :/

Sorry... were working on E39's Click here to enlarge

The Supersprint is still the king of headers with it's additional engineering in the floating collector and flanges.

There is ONE bad thing about Evolve. They tempt us to buy whatever car they specialize in tuning. With that being said, I need a R56 MCS for daily driving, E39 M5 and E60 M5 for hauling around the family, and an E82 1M to collect. Oh and I need to figure out how to have a larger income to mod the current cars I have... Click here to enlarge
