We have developed our own FMIC (which is direct fitment to 1M and 135i/335i) and exhaust system for the 1M. More details about the individual parts to follow in seperate threads.

NB. The spike at 2750RPM is caused by the car being released after being held under load on the dyno. It is not present while driving the car on the road.

Those are some quality parts. I love the fact that the intercooler is a bolt on and uses stock hoses and pluming. very smart

Thanks! Our IC's are made for us by the same company that makes for Koenigsegg.

Will post up some data about the IC on a different thread.

I love it! I am leaning towards an Evolve tune for my 1M. What size are the exhaust tips compared to the stock tips? @DBFIU, what do you think of the intercooler design?

The tips we have used are 80mm - from memory the 1M OEM tips are 76mm. I will check.

Just measured the tips. Looks like they are 74mm. I think yours are perfect, a little bigger without giving that fart can exhaust look. How much for the exhaust with the black tips? I know you.failed to get a group buy going for the black but will you do it for a little more?

My exact thoughts.....I love the n54 but wish I had m3 handling....the 1m is as close as it gets!

I'm hoping the new m3 will fill that void bc there are hardly any 1m 's around for sale.

I really like this evolve IC, but it isn't that much bigger, I wonder how it compares to my helix

That FMIC looks super promising.. might be the first one in the market that is direct fit along with OEM connections!

Anymore info on it? or pics to see the end tanks and specs/close up pics of the fin design, staggered, etc.?

I definitely see where you are coming from! Despite me being a Naturally Aspirated nut, I am rather intrigued by these boosted motors that BMW has been producing. I am very excited to see what BMW M does with the F80 M3. My hopes are that they implement some of their carbon technology and build a smooth delivery boosted motor.

Having spoken with the guys Evolve, if there is one thing they try to prioritize, it is controlling temps. This is something I really do appreciate considering that I care more about consistent and reliable power on the street and track versus monster peak power that goes away after a few laps.
