Thumbs up highboostingm3 - TRM - The Racer's Market - Blow-Through MAF Base Tune !DYNO SHEET!

    15psi and 18psi 91 octane.

413 DME TRM Chip Tune - BASE TUNE!

Cheap MBC was used. Eboost2 EBC will be configured and should help spool quite a bit. The long runner exhaust manifold, turbo regrind cams and the larger t4 .68 pt67 turbo are creating slower spool and less low end power but frankly it looks better than I thought it would. Originally the system was designed for 1000whp so considering that this looks pretty streetable IMO. I'm definitely happy and we still have another 100whp to go with race fuel, new plugs, tune revision and eboost2 all set up.

Of course I'd really like a larger turbo and 83lb injector plus progressive meth tune *hint McCoy hint*

    MOTOR
    m52 block
    m52 head
    s52 cams (Elgin turbo regrind)
    85mm CP pistons 8.5:1
    135mm Pauter Rods
    s52 89.6mm crank
    stock valves
    Ferrea dual springs/retainers

    TURBO SYSTEM
    Tubular manifold
    T4 0.68 a/r pt67 non-billet turbo
    3" charge piping
    Spearco intercooler
    Turbonetics New Gen 60mm WG
    Synapse BOV
    m50 intake manifold
    stock throttle body
    3" exhaust
    28" Magnaflow Muffler
    16" Magnaflow Muffler
    3" turn down

    FUEL
    2 Walbro 255 pumps
    1200hp rail
    Weldon FPR
    -10 feed
    -8 return
    60lb Siemens

With Trm tuning you should easily be able to max out those injectors. You should really look into getting a multi-tune from them if they are willing to move upto 80lb injectors.

Mike isn't into doing 80lb injector tune but we will see. Perhaps if I offer enough money.

Remote tuning for multi-tune? I love to do it. I'll see if he will do it. I don't see it necessary to ship my car since the setup is already working good now.

Thanks. Elgin are really into doing their own thing. They have been doing cams for so long they don't really want to be told what duration to do, etc. because most people ordering have about 1% the knowledge they do about it. So they go off of other things like what the car is gonna be used for, displacement, amount of boost, what max power, etc. I'll see if I can find the sheet sent with the cams.

Yes it is silly. Much better than crappy Dyno Dynamics software or Mustang software.

Thank you. No idling issues so far that I know of yet. However, I don't have the car back. The A/C being charged and last little details needed to be addressed. I have picked up the car in the past too quickly only to want to take it right back. Wasn't going to do that this time. This week though I should be picking her up.

Thank you. Wow you know of the Zeemax. Funny you should ask. No the Zeemax isn't that wide at all and I actually started out with that kit (minus side skirts and front bumper) but hated the look so I had it taken off and designed this custom kit. The Zeemax design has washed out flares where the line is blurred into nothing front and rear which do not match the true lines at all. There is the line across the car that should be there and it just was the wrong representation for me. I studied the e30 m3 design for which I wish the e36 m3 was designed from the factory (I felt it should have been more different than the other e36 just like the e30 m3 was). So the flares are extremely boxy on my car like the e30 m3, with the top line continuing straight across the car. The major difference from the e30 m3 being that my flares are VERY wide. This is because I first started the widebody for the simple reason to get more rubber in rear. With my previous turbo setup I was spinning my tires in 3rd gear (425whp/477wtq on a Mustang) and I wanted to hook. It wasn't until I started the widebody that I became obsessed with the aesthetics of it and made lots of changes along the way. The front bumper is a highly modified Rieger and the rear bumper is a highly modified Zeemax. Of course the side skirts are the stock ones modified a bit. I always hated the big STEP side skirts on widebodies people do so I wanted it to look as factory as possible. A lot of people don't like that I shaved the molding but knowing I would have the car for a long time and knowing molding was going out of style (plus I didn;t like it anyway) I felt that would give it a more modern and clean look. The e30 m3 actually does not have molding, it has a tiny step line. I thought about doing this step line and still think about it since I have to widen the rear a tad more for the BBS.

It isn't for everyone that is for sure, yet I love it so it makes me happy.
