Got a better venue in mind...

From a tuner's point, a drag event will be better obviously as it's a good way to show power gains. Gotta agree on that, although the 1/4mile gives no indication whatsoever on drivability, response, reliability etc.

A real track event would be a better indicator for such factors, but it adds too much variables, from the driver to tires to suspension, to allow for an easy apples to apples comparison.

I am glad at least some people understand that Supercharged M3 vs GTR race... when I pointed out the facts on E90, I received an infraction lol... Apparently it's too difficult to understand that the GTR in that video is near stock and pretty much has a DP and tune but I guess whatever makes a person feel good.

They should do both although for comparative purposes, a drag event would be better.

Robert, I watched multiple vids of shiv driving...good on the box, but damn looks like he has Parkinsons. Yeah, he's been solid on the new single project and tuning aspects of it so far...but don't say he should be one to give driving lessons.
