Wow top notch design and manufacturing.

This is a custom setup, but basically is a 3.2 instead of 2.5 Click here to enlarge

Belongs to a local client of ours...

She made just under 450 at the wheels at like 14psi on the old turbo... On the new 6262 the clutch failed (from the original parts not put together by us)

we then put a SB custom clutch on it, and the customer decided to have us build a proper manifold on it, as the other one was a fail in soooo many ways...

Off to the dyno monday morning Click here to enlarge

I would definitely like to have you guys do some work for me at some point. I dream about doing a 2002 with an S14 swap and turbo...

The only problem is my bank account can't keep up with my car habit.

I know a thing or two about dreams, this shop has been my biggest dream, and to see it grow is a passion that will never end for me! But I know exactly what you mean, money can never seem to come in at the rate of the dreams and directions you'd love to take soo many different cars. But hey, when your ready, we are here and always ready for a new project Click here to enlarge especially a one off 2002 Click here to enlarge

how come you didn't use a 6-1 runner design? still twinscroll of course.

are you concerned about reversion from 1 bank to the other given you wastegate design?

    okay Click here to enlarge

keep them in mind and look at the pads often.

i did the dyno and maybe one month of using the car.. then the pads were all worn down.. and the cam was waste aswell..

a company here in sweden did measure how hard the pad was and it was around "HRC" of 15 and thats very poor.

keep me posted Click here to enlarge

Couldn't get the turbo positioned where I wanted it with a 6-1. The manifold is not twin scroll, the main collector is open inside. 8psi spring has peak boost of 8.05psi, wastegate tie together is working perfectly! Click here to enlarge
