Coming along nicely. Twin-scroll too! And I see you are properly plumbing the waste-gate for each pair. Awesome work guys!

Its not yet decided if we will put it in production, its for T4 divided turbo chargers, the one we have is a oil less, billet impeller one on 67/67 ,84 wit 4" v-band (tripplex ceramic bearings)

We are looking for a 750-800whp on stock ECU Click here to enlarge

Well its not 100% decided yet, but we are talking about it and we have Jörgens car to work with when the hardware is done...its quite special to do since u need to have controll over the boost..when and were..all the time, not like tuning supercharged.

yes, im wondering if a quick spool valve could be used but im guessing the header would have to be modified and it would require a custom QSV flange but god that would be so much fun and i could give my left foot a break lol!
i was really liking the variable rate to duty cycle for speed based actuation...check it out

keep us posted if you decide to make a couple more for sale. i might have to get you in touch with SP for a new header for me this summer.

Yeah i did, i havent made up my mind if its good/needed...Click here to enlarge , a good and modern twin scroll turbo do have very nice spool up, u also have to take it in consideration when making the software...i think its another thing that can mess up things, BUT i havent tryed it so i cannot judge it.

i like all the spool i can get on a low compression built s54 (which i have). i was thinking of contacting Sound performance and seeing what they thought of using the twin scroll that you guys are creating in conjunction with a SP QSV and a boost actuated exhaust cut out for even more early back pressure!

it cant be good for my brakes to be constantly using them to build pressure lol

We are building 10+ cr turbo engine for this car, we think its enough with the billet turbo and ceramic bearings, it will spool fast enough (y)

No. A QSV will not work on a twin scroll exhaust manifold. You need an undivided manifold and a twinscroll exhaust housing on the turbo.
