[QUOTE=Sticky;252934]Why would you say that? They didn't list wheel hp because people wouldn't understand how dyno's differ.[]It was posted on Facebook from the owner of the car....didn't break 700whp, and this DYNO reads close to a dynojet according to them. 800+ hp is really exaggerating the power lol

It isn't exagerrating the power at all, it is a crank reading.

The dyno doesn't read anything like a dynojet. I think I would know considering I have dyno'd on it and a dynojet. Have you?

Sounds like you are trying to downplay the results.

Sticky it says right on the goddamn picture on Facebook that the numbers ran very similar to dynosheet numbers and they (bren and others) commented saying the same thing, if you don't believe me get on it and look for yourself instead of pointing fingers at me thinking I'm on an anti-Gintani agenda

    Dynosheet numbers?

I've used that dyno and a dynojet afterwards. How in the world are they similar when my own experience shows otherwise? Along with many others...

Alex will be the first to tell you his dyno doesn't read like a dynojet so I have no idea where this is coming from. Go ahead, give me the facebook link and I'll take a look.

Either way, if you think a YSI is only good for high 600's on a dynojet... I mean, look into the blower.

Subtract 18 to 20% for driveline loss to estimate rwhp, about 665 rwhp.

As already mentioned due to people being idiots when it comes to understanding rear wheel numbers on different dynos like a dyno dynamics and also this was not officially posted by Gintani.

Doesn't work that way. Also, the manual M3 on a dynojet has losses as presented by that dyno of 15%. This car isn't losing 20% through the driveline.

This car will have the same suprercharger setup as me.

Secondly, 828 lol? My car with far less than this would not have had trouble with where your car was. Secondly, now with where your car is going to be you should know this blower is capable of going up in boost quite a bit from only 16.5 psi. Steve has a great domestic background and can teach you all about the YSI and what it powers V8's to.

Also, um, BMW's are making much more power than any AMG's. I really don't know where this self-appointed superiority comes from but clearly it doesn't come from a place called reality. The little old 3.2 liter from the E46 M3 is making how much over 1000 whp now? As in, how far behind are the AMG boys and for how long have they been?

I know you are excited about your car but BMW's have been dominating the aftermarket scene for a LONG time and AMG has only recently even become relevant. Even then, the "AMG boys" are still way behind.

Why do you hate so much man, give it a break? Can I see some videos of your car some speedo vids, dyno graphs. Anything? The way you say you have 800whp, that's not an easy task for any car no matter what car it is.

    These are massive numbers.

And... dynojet reads higher than dyno dynamics consistently.

It does not matter anyway, it's all comparative as a GAIN over stock.

We have never seen anything over 645 flywheel in Shoot 8F on our dyno. We know other supercharger setups in the same mode make around 600-630 in shoot 8F with a correction factor of around 1.00.

I believe so but can't guarantee it. It won't be as fast as my car but is still going to be very strong.
